The Governor's Office is located at 700 Capital Avenue in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is on the first floor of the Capitol building, along with the Lieutenant Governor's Office, Secretary of State's Office, and the Attorney General's Office.

How can I purchase a flag and have it flown over the Capitol in honor or memory of someone?
To purchase a flag, contact the Kentucky Historical Society at (502)564-1792. You may also be able to obtain a flag from your Congressman or U.S. Senator. Once you have purchased a flag, you will need to send it to the Governor's Office for Constituent Services with a request to fly the flag over the Capitol. Your request should include:
- the name of the person the flag is being flown in honor or memory of (please include any special accomplishments or notations you would like on the certificate)
- the specific date (if applicable) you would like the flag to be flown
- the complete mailing address to send the flag and certificate

How do I report Medicaid or Welfare Fraud and Abuse?
To make a report, please call our Medicaid and Welfare Fraud and Abuse Hotline at (800) 372-2970.
If you need to speak to an investigator, please call weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. You may call anytime to report fraud or abuse, but outside the times above, you will be asked to leave a message.
When you call, please have as much information as possible. This information should include:
- The name, address and any alias(es) of the person(s) you are reporting;
- The name and address of any other person(s) who are pertinent to the allegation, including those spouses and children;
- Social Security number and birth date for such person(s);
- A factual statement of the allegation; and
- The name, address and telephone number of anyone who can provide information to us.

How do I file a complaint against a Judge for misconduct or wrongdoing? To file a complaint against a Judge, contact the Judicial Conduct Commission at 859-233-4128. The Commission is an independent state agency that handles complaints against Judges.
